Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By
accessing this
site, and pages thereof, and by using Paper or Plastic
Printing, Inc.
service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
below and
any statement on all web pages of the Paper or Plastic
Printing, Inc.
website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions,
do not
access this site, or any pages thereof, or utilize
Paper or Plastic
Printing, Inc. services and information.
Type of Service
Paper or Plastic Printing, Inc. provides custom printing
and
graphics-related services. Paper or Plastic Printing,
Inc. reserves
the right to modify its product offering and pricing
at will and
without notice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your order is unique to you and has no re-sale value,
All Sales Are
Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will
re-print the order
free of charge. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Paper or Plastic Printing, Inc. requires the customer
to approve a
proof generated by Paper or Plastic Printing, Inc.
in order to
commence print production of the customer's custom
print order. By the
act of the customer's proof approval, the customer
formally instructs
Paper or Plastic Printing, Inc. to proceed and complete
print
production of the customer's order. Once proof approval
and print
production commences, Paper or Plastic Printing, Inc.
cannot cancel
the order and cannot provide a refund.
We make no guarantees of color relative to processes
not within our
control, such as customer monitors, color print outs,
supplied printed
samples, etc. We accept no responsibility for color
variations between
submitted images and the actual artwork or product
they represent.
The estimated production turnaround is based on the
typical number of
hours or days that a print job is completed under normal
circumstances, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Production would start when all of the following are
met: all
print-ready artwork is uploaded, full payment is received,
and when
the proof is approved either by fax or online by email.
The customer acknowledges shipment receipt of the
approved print order
and cannot refuse receipt of shipment.
The Customer cannot refuse payment of print order
if client has
approved their artwork proof and confirmed the order.
Production turnaround for orders and/or proofs that
are approved after
2:00 PM EST is counted starting the next business day.
Note that transit time for shipping is always additional
to production
turnaround and it is therefore advised that this be
taken into
consideration upon placing the order.
While we exercise due diligence to meet your target
finished date,
unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of
equipments,
illness, inclement weather and other occurrences may
impact our
ability to meet the deadline. Paper or Plastic Printing,
Inc. is not
liable for any business losses related to turnarounds
or customer's
missed deadlines.
Copyright Release
With the use of the Paper or Plastic Printing, Inc.
website and of the
Paper or Plastic Printing, Inc. custom print service,
the Customer
acknowledges that the Customer is the legal owner and/or
licensee of
all submitted artwork to Paper or Plastic Printing,
Inc. and
relinquishes Paper or Plastic Printing, Inc. of any
legal liability
related to copyright violation and/or infringement.
The customer
assumes sole responsibility and liability of all submitted
artwork to
Paper or Plastic Printing, Inc. |
